Put Your Cereal To Work: Raisin Bran Pancake

I love Raisin Bran but I also love my healthy oat protein pancake for breakfast. Why do I have to choose? I don't. I just combined the two and it was a really good idea :)

Raisin Bran Pancake for One
1/2 cup raisin bran (we use Trader Joe's)
1 egg white
1/4 cup milk (I use Vanilla unsweetened almond milk)
2 tablespoons PB2 (sub this with 1 tablespoon oats and 1 tsp peanut butter)

-Put raisin bran (and oats if you are subbing the PB2) in a blender or food processor and process until they are consistancy of small bread crumbs
-Mix with the other ingredients
-Heat up frying pan to medium high then spray with Pam and pour in the batter.
-Flip like a pancake and enjoy with your topping of choice!

Tasty tip: You could also make this extra sweet by slicing up banana and placing the slices in the batter once it's on the pan!
