Sausage, Kale and White Beans in the Slow Cooker


Ok so here's the skinny for a flavorful and delicious dinner without the fat and without the work...

1. Gather the ingredients
2. Turn on the slow cooker and put the ingredients inside and cover.
3. Go to bed and sleep through the night OR go to work OR go out and enjoy your day for up to 8-9 hours.
4. Return and eat delicious meal all warm and ready in the slow cooker.

Sounds good right???? It is THAT easy. Just follow the above with the below ingredients 'cause this one tasted good!

Sausage with Kale and White Beans
Ingredients:
4 links of italian turkey or chicken sausage
1 cup white beans
1 1/2 tablespoon italian seasoning
2 cloves of garlic - minced
1/2 chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 large (30oz) can diced tomatoes

-Throw all of the above ingredients in the slow cooker and put on low for 6 1/2 hours or put on high for 4 hours.
-Then... you're done!!!
-This makes GREAT leftovers - it will keep in the fridge for a few days or in the freezer for maybe a week or two.
-Serve alone or on top of pasta or with some crusty french bread. YUM!
