Magic Bullet Recipes
Easy Healthy Pancake for one
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1 egg white
-1/3 banana (use the rest as a topping!)
-1 spoonful fat free greek yogurt
-1/4 cup fat free milk (I like unsweetened vanilla almond)
-Put the above things in the magic bullet little cup and blend for like 20 seconds.
-Put a non-stick frying pan over medium high heat and spray with Pam. Pour the mix into the pan like a pancake and cook for a few minutes before flipping and cooking on the other side.
-Saute the leftover banana on the side of the pan and serve on top of your pancake.
Healthy Cinnamon Dip --- serve with an apple or pancakes or a waffle
-1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
-2 tsps cinnamon
-1 packet splenda
-Put above things in the magic bullet cup and blend until smooth. Serve with a sliced apple!
Frozen Greyhound --- This was delicious. It's definitely my new favorite summer drink!
-1 grapefruit, peeled and cut into sections (cut out the middle where the seeds are.)
-2/3 cup ice
-2 ounces vodka
-Put above things in the magic bullet cup and blend for about 20 seconds until it makes a whirring sound instead of a chopping sound. Drink and enjoy!
