Re-Interpreted Movie Posters

From Claudia Varosio on Etsy.com

Recently San Francisco's rising rent prices and renter-friendly fixed rate laws have made it abundantly clear that Nic and I will not be moving anytime soon. So instead of dreaming about patio landscaping (oooh what I could do with a 5x5 outdoor space!) I decided to buy some new stuff for the walls!  Nic has this very low res "Great Escape" mini poster framed in our room that is in desperate need of an upgrade and our bathroom has always looked a little empty so we found two awesome prints to frame from Claudia Varosio's awesome Etsy shop of newly interpreted movie posters, "Illustrated Stuff."

I bought this amazing print for Nic of one of his favorite movies, "Moonrise Kingdom", to hang in the bedroom...

and then this amazing day at the beach as a gift to myself to brighten up our blank bathroom wall...

Aren't these great? I bought 2 great looking 12x18 distressed painted wooden frames from ebay for about $40 to frame them up all nice and expensive looking on the wall.  I can't wait until it all gets here and we hang them up!  Check out her shop here for the movie lover in your life :)

P.S. Are you as excited for this movie to come out as I am? I get goosebumps whenever I see the preview!
